Does Penclusive provide refunds?
We do provide refunds on a case-by-case basis. All requests for refunds will have to be backed up by supporting evidences, upon which the Penclusive Team will take 2 to 3 working days to review all the information and determine the outcome of the request. Please take note that requesting for a refund will not guarantee one, and would depend on the discretion of the Penclusive Team.
