How do students submit a mentorship request?

Students may follow the following steps to submit a mentorship request:

Step 1:
Click on the “Submit Mentorship Request” button once they have logged into their account to provide the necessary details about their request. Alternatively, if you are attempting to submit a request without logging in, you have to click on "Find a Mentor" on the main landing page.

Step 2:
Ensure that the attachments uploaded are of good and clear resolution. Acceptable formats would be PDF, JPEG, and PNG. You may also upload any other supporting attachments that would help the marker understand the assignment better.

Step 3:
Complete all the mandatory fields, and submit the request.

Step 4:
Proceed to click on 'Invite Mentors' to enter the Marketplace to search and invite up to a maximum of 3 suitable mentors. 

Step 5:
Communicate with your invited mentors about your request, and to clarify any questions either students or mentors may have. 

Step 6:
Finalise your mentor by accepting the package offered by them. 

Step 7:
Proceed to make payment, and begin your mentorship journey!
